Violin Bowing

Hello, my name is Paul Wood from Softplanet. I'm hear today to share with you some of my tunes from my new violin book, details of which you can find on this website.  

The first tune I'd like to look at is a tune called 'Purple Sky'. The aim of Purple Sky is to teach children or adults how to use long bows - playing from the heel, all the way to the tip and all the way back. The nice thing about this tune, it only uses one note, the open E string and each note lasts the same length of time, they all last for 4 counts.
